1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajijili ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services provided through the bajijili website and any associated mobile-optimised interface. These Terms apply to all activities on the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino play, slots, fishing games, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on bajijili, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their meaning and effect, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

bajijili may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

bajijili is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on this Platform. bajijili takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent age verification controls.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use bajijili:

• You are a natural person and are not acting as an agent on behalf of a third party without their explicit, documented consent.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bajijili or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had an account on bajijili that was closed for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and have not been excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion mechanism on this Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your location.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on bajijili. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If bajijili detects that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration flow. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. bajijili accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajijili account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by any other person using your credentials — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bajijili support immediately at support@bajijili.

bajijili reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if it reasonably believes that the account was opened with false information, that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, or that the player is in breach of any provision of these Terms. In such cases, bajijili will take appropriate steps regarding any balance held in the account in accordance with its fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The bajijili platform operates entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by bajijili when you deposit or withdraw using a BDT-denominated payment method.

The following payment methods are currently supported on bajijili for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits via these methods are typically credited to your bajijili wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank — processing times may vary depending on the bank's own transfer schedule.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard where supported by your issuing bank for online transactions.

The minimum deposit on bajijili is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are published within the Cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically. bajijili processes withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts without intentional delay. However, actual transfer times are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider and are outside bajijili's direct control once a withdrawal has been approved.

bajijili will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered player. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. bajijili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or destination.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bajijili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to major Bangladesh sporting events such as BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on bajijili unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer-specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Any unmet bonus balance remaining after the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from the account.
• bajijili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered by an eligible player.
• Systematic or coordinated strategies designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting patterns, arbitrage wagering, and the use of software to complete wagering requirements — are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bajijili are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or fishing games. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for the matter in question.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on bajijili:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bajijili does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where the Platform itself has made a manifest error in the odds or game outcome display.
• bajijili reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that has been determined to be the subject of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns, regardless of the apparent result.
• Live in-play betting markets on cricket and other sports may be suspended at any time at the discretion of bajijili's trading team. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
• All random-outcome games — including slots, virtual table games, and fishing titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. bajijili does not interfere with, manipulate, or override RNG-determined outcomes under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnections, server errors, or software faults — bajijili will apply its technical malfunction policy as published in the relevant product rules. Generally, interrupted game rounds will be replayed or the stake refunded depending on the state of play at the point of interruption.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or game session may be capped. Current caps are published in the product rules for each game category and are subject to change. bajijili will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of the applicable cap.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

bajijili maintains the integrity of its platform through a combination of automated monitoring tools and human review. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to make deposits on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds to the Platform from illicit sources or using the Platform's payment system to move funds without genuine gambling intent.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the Platform's game systems without human input.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to place bets or generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith — that is, reversing deposits after the deposited funds have been wagered and lost on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajijili support staff or other players in any communication channel.

bajijili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes has engaged in prohibited conduct, without being required to provide advance notice to the player. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond unless the nature of the suspected conduct makes it inappropriate to do so.

8. Limitation of Liability

bajijili provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the Platform is accessible, secure, and free from errors at all times, bajijili does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary or extended Platform downtime for maintenance, emergency repairs, or factors outside bajijili's reasonable control.
• Internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions, or device failures affecting your access to the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or the player's own bank.
• Losses arising from your own decisions — including decisions to place specific bets, participate in specific games, or accept specific bonus offers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajijili's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is brought in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms limits bajijili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you have a dispute with bajijili regarding a transaction, game outcome, or account action, you should contact the support team at support@bajijili in the first instance. bajijili operates an internal dispute resolution process and will respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
